Who we are and what this policy covers

Formcraft El Paso Concrete Company is a concrete contractor in El Paso, TX. We pour driveways, patios, sidewalks, slabs and other concrete work for homeowners and businesses in El Paso and the cities around it.

This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, fill out our contact form, call us or email us, how we use it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. You can read more about the business on our About page.

Information you give us

When you ask for an estimate or send us a question, we collect what you choose to share. That usually means your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property and a description of the job. Some people also send photos of the slab, cracks or drainage problem they want us to look at.

Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so what you type into it is stored by that service and passed to us. If you call or email us instead, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up on your job.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, ours collects some basic information when you visit. This can include your browser and device type, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you to us and a general location based on your internet connection.

We gather this through cookies and analytics tools, which are small files and scripts that help us count visits and see which pages people find useful. We use it to understand how the site is working, not to identify you personally.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, set up a visit, give you an estimate, schedule and do the work, send invoices and answer questions about the job afterward. We may also contact you about your project by phone, text or email.

We use site visit information to fix problems and make the site easier to use. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with other businesses for their own marketing.

When we share it

We share your information only when we need to for your job or for running the business. That includes our crew, the services that host our website, contact form, email and records, and people we work with on a project, such as a supplier delivering to your address.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to answer a valid legal request or to protect our business, our customers or the public.

How long we keep it

We keep your contact and job details for as long as we need them to finish the work, keep proper business and tax records and answer any questions that come up about the job later.

If you asked for an estimate and didn't hire us, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up, and then we delete them. Site analytics information is kept in summary form and isn't tied to your name.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we have about you, correct it or delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll do that. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other rights under that state's privacy law, and we'll honor them.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not remember your choices.

How we protect your information

We limit who on our team can see customer information and use reputable services to store it. No website or system is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be seen by someone it wasn't meant for.

Children's information

Our website and services are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the way we run the site or the business changes. The current version will always be on this page.

How to raise a privacy concern

If you have a question about your information, want to make a request or think we've handled something the wrong way, reach out through our Contact page or call us at (915) 265-1446. We're available Mon–Fri: 8 AM–10 PM and Sat–Sun: 6 AM–9 PM.

Tell us what you'd like us to do, and we'll respond within 1 business day. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you before we change or delete anything.
